My research sits at the intersection of Earth and Life sciences, in the burgeoning field of Geobiology. Using measurements of stable carbon and nitrogen isotope compositions of ancient sedimentary rocks and comparing those of analogous modern geobiological systems, I am contributing to our understanding of how Earth and life interacted through time on both local and global scales.
