Jérôme Gaillardet, university professor and geochemist specializing in surface processes at the IPGP (head of the External Envelopes Geochemistry team), received the silver medal.
Sébastien de Raucourt, research engineer at the IPGP in the Planetology and space sciences team and head of the technical team developing the planetary seismometer for the Insight mission, received the crystal medal.
